This is orginally from Self magazine, but I tweeked it a little wiht the spices.
This is HG's So Fancy Fish Pack recipe. I used Country crock versus light whipped butter. I also love garlic so I use a full clove versus 1/2 tsp.
Hungry Girl's Blueberry Muffin recipe.
This either makes 6 large muffins or 12 small muffins. Nutritionals are for 12.
I used regular rather then whole wheat flour, and regular butter rather then light.
I've doubled this, and also labeled it 3 servings. The couple of times I've made this, i feel like the one portion is HUGE! and I tend to make pasta on the side. The nutritionals are for 3 servings, so beware!
I've also used regular parmesan rather then low fat.
