This is a sandwich that was originated in St. Louis. It's actually just an egg foo young patty w/o the gravy on bread. DELISH!
I know that fried food isn't healthy, but you can make them just a 'bit' healthy by using whole wheat flour and frying them in canola oil.
If you're tired of that box stuff, try momma's homemade mac & cheese, it's delish!
If you're trying to watch your sodium, try using low-sodium Cream of Mushroom soup and I also use no sodium mushrooms.
