This vegetarian rice dish is wonderful. We use it as a main dish with a vegetable or salad. But could be a side dish also.
We have made this recipe 4-5 days per week for breakfast for the past 13 years, we stay healthy and we still just love it. We vary the fruits (other than the banana) to whatever is in season or we use frozen. Enjoy!
We freeze this in 2 cup servings, and then thaw when wanted, it tastes great fresh or from frozen, and is low calorie too, bonus!
A great seaoning to make, without spending $1.00 or more on a package, and it tastes great!
