If you're in the mood for a sweet treat - this is a healthy version of rice pudding, Easy to veganize (with soy milk). The calculations are with skim milk.
Serve this as a thick sauce over rice for supper. Or- eat as a thick puree soup. Absolutely delicious! (A Moosewood recipe)
Easy to make snack or healthy dessert. They have a nice sweet taste with a hint of a chocolate taste (from the cocoa). Could also serve as an hors douvre.
