I lightened this one up a little bit more and kept the flavor by using one can of pink salmon along with the red!
If you like hawaiian pizza, this is a quick and easy way to make it and still keep your calories low.
You can obviously use whatever toppings you want for this.... I'm a pepperoni freak, so I used turkey pepperoni. Makes 1-2 servings - depends how hungry you are! It's a full meal in and of itself.
I just made up this tex mex side dish - to make spanish rice a little more substantial and filling
Stick to your ribs dinner which is really easy and really good! Spice can be adjusted for your taste, and you can use hot, medium, or mild chili beans. This is also good with shrimp, or if you're a vegetarian, don't add the meat! Servings are about 1 to 1 1/2 cups, makes 6-8 servings. An awesome way to use leftover rice or chicken!
A good hearty stew for cold days - it's a whole meal in itself! Either make it on the stove top or use a crock pot. Makes about 8 good sized servings.
This recipe makes 2 loaves, cut into approximately 6 slices per loaf. The calorie count is per slice - obviously, this will change if you cut yours thicker or thinner. Really easy old school meatloaf!!
This is a non-fried version of the salmon patties my mom used to make us. Serve with lemon.
