| patty choice 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1lb turkey hash 1 celery stalk 3 med. onions 1 cup of diced carrots 6 bell peppers :red,green,orange 1/4 cup of brown rice [284g] kidney beans 1 tbsp of ketchup/tomato paste [184oz] tomato sauce 1 tbsp of chicken base Simmer for about 1h:30 on medium.
