A colorful blend of veggies and pork in a delicious sweet and sour sauce. Add a can of drained water chestnuts to create interesting texture for minimal additional calories.
Cut up ingredients ahead of time to make this fabulous, colorful, low-fat meal. The water chestnuts add an interesting texture. Also tasty with pork or beef but substitute chicken gravy with beef or pork gravy mix. You might even want to adjust the sauce by using one of the popular bottled or packaged stir fry sauces. Yummy leftovers too!!!
