I used 1 med. butternut squash and hopefullt I guessed correctly how many cups that is.
2-14 oz. cans of chicken broth
Used ground marjoram, not dried
1-8 oz. package low fat cream cheese

Zucchini Bread

Conversions:
96 tsp.=2 cups (Splenda)
4 cups grated zucchini, not mashed
16 tbls=1 cup ground flaxseed
