Low carb-ish. Very very tasty.
Dairy free! After years of tweaking, I've finally managed to find the right ratio of flour/butter/chocolate chips, making the best balance between crispy, crunchy and chewy and chocolate. Yummy.
I use vanilla bean paste instead of extract, in my mind, it's what makes these cookies perfect...extract will suite fine though.
I've been trying to follow the Gabriel Method and for me, making sure I get live food and omega-3's in every meal has been a challenge. This covers those bases and it's so tasty! I make it in the morning for me, my husband and our preschooler. They all love it.
I buy organic fruits and trim/chop them and freeze them myself. Sometimes you can find organic frozen strawberries, but I personally have had trouble locating them...Trader Joe's always seems to be out.
Yummy party food or snack...not the healthiest, but it's a nice treat once in awhile.
Super yummy and very fast! Mac with bechamel cheese sauce.
Serve over a giant bed of lettuce. Perfect for fast lunch and using leftover roasted chicken (store-bought or homemade...I make mine at home at least once a week and use every bit of it). It's yummy if you toss in a little rice vinegar on top of the lettuce.
Delicious! My husband says these are the best he's ever tried. For more fluffy balls, use seltzer water in place of the chicken broth. For more flavor use chicken schmaltz instead of olive oil (I always use left over fat skimmings from my chicken stock).
