This was my first time making it, I adapted this recipe from another recipe I received from a friend. You may want to add a bit more buttermilk as the whole wheat flour makes this a bit more grainy than the full fat, white flour version, but I still think it's delicious with coffee.
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 8 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pecans, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Used the basic muffin recipe and then added chocolate chips and walnuts. Add a tsp of vanilla for an extra kick :)
