Here's a chili you can have ready in about half an hour, made from ingredients you're likely to have on hand.
Transform leftovers into a Chili Baked Potato. Scrub a medium potato and pierce with a fork. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut an X in the top of potato and squeeze open. Top with to chili and shredded cheese.
This is a large recipe and is good for a family gathering.
