My preference is to use the mini loaf pans because
1. I have 4 loafs that I can freeze instead of 2
2. The banana bread cooks in less time saving time and money
3. The banana bread comes out more moist since it doesn't need to cook through a lot of batter.
This French-style stew tastes great and can be made ahead of time. It is always a favourite at the dinner table.

If you want it to have less calories, try a fat free or sugar free yogurt!

Both shells and filling can be made ahead and assembled when needed. The shells can be frozen for up to a month, then thawed at room temperature an hour before filling. The filling can be made up to two days before and refrigerated. Heat the filling gently, and serve immediately in the shells.
These tasty scones contain protein and fiber for your diet! You can use low-fat cheese or skim milk to make them a bit more healthy. They taste great alone or with some cream cheese!
