I used strawberries but any berries can be used for this. just calculate if higher sugar type fruit
You may double or triple this recipe to serve to family or divide and freeze for future use.
This is 3 P2 servings but I usually take 1/3 for myself and serve the rest to the hubby. :)
This meatloaf is tasty and even my picky son loves it. Serve with Mashed potatos and a crusty bread for a hearty meal
This is a GREAT dish served over Jasmine rice. It is cheesy and creamy and adds wonderful flavor to this delicate fish.
