Smoothie - Kale, apple, banana, parsley

Great for a quick super healthy breakfast option. The banana and apple give it sweetness. Since this is blended and not juiced it also has some substance to it. I use it as a compliment to an egg sandwich or I double up the serving size for a breakfast or snack by itself. You can add flax or chia seeds for some added nutrition.

Egg White & Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

This is a very simple sandwich I eat in the mornings that fits with in the guidelines given by my trainer. High protien, high fiber, low fat. The bacon adds needed flavor.

This is a simple, healthy and delicious breakfast option given to me by my trainer. She also puts slivered almonds on it however I omitted that in this recipe.
