The original recipe is for the yogurt/cool whip combo frozen in a prepared graham cracker crust. I prefer single serving size, so I put the yogurt combo in mini-muffin pans and stick an animal cookie "handle" in each one.
I can't wait to make these! What a treat! Rave reviews on allrecipes.com... I will make substitutions listed here.
These cookies are a new family and friend favorite. If you are going to eat cookies, you might was well eat ones that are delicious and have a few good-for-you things in them. The trick is just eating one or two!
Found this on verybestbaking.com and made it for dinner last night (served with fruit) and had leftovers for breakfast. This makes an amazing winter day hot breakfast.

These are a nice breakfast treat. We also have them for dessert. We love the way the semi sweet chocolate chips compliment the fresh berry flavor. Serve with fresh fruit.
EASY!! This is somewhere between a peach crisp and a peach cobbler (minus the oats). I use this recipe when I have too many peaches that are ready to go bad. Serve with a dollop of lite cool whip.

My husband and 2 year old love these. I have leftovers for lunch the next day.
This is my mom's famous chocolate zucchini bread recipe, with a few of my lighter substitutions
Easy to prepare and delicous. Use fresh mushrooms, low sodium pizza sauce and no pepperoni to cut the sodium.
Saw this on the Rachel Ray show, and I can't wait to make it. We omitted the onions, since we are a family of non-onion eaters.
