adapted from Bisquick toffee bar cheesecake recipe. need to allow an additional 4 to 5 hours for cooling and refrigerating
after being unable to get a multigrain recipe that worked in my machine, I gathered all the tips I could find and came up with this version
1 WW point each slice
this recipe lends itself nicely for many variations. for a fancier dinner, add 12 oz. small mushrooms, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, simmer 10 minutes on stove, then add 10 oz. pkg frozen peas and cook another 5. Serve over noodles or rice. or add potatoes to taste when you add the carrots and celery. Have fun experimenting! regular recipe 7 WW points
as a side as is or add cooked chicken, shrimp, broccoli or whatever suits your tastes for a main course.
6 WW points pasta only
Low fat cheeses and 1/2 the oil can be used for this recipe, the nutritional values are based on full fat versions, since I was unable to find the matches for low fat varieties
