This is a tasty low-fat, low-sodium alternative to the traditional fried chicken. This recipe has 10 fat grams and 172.6 mg of sodium. Now compare that to the fat and sodium that is in a regular fried chicken thigh!!!
Listed below is the approximate nutrition values for one traditional fried chicken thigh. Note: The calories, fat and sodium are higher if the chicken is extra crispy (those are the numbers at the higher end of the range):
Cal = 280-360
Fat = 20-27 grams
Sodium = 730-830 mg.
