I make this for Christmas, Thanksgiving, hubbys family reunion and other get togethers.
This is one of those homey recipes that FEELS like a family tradition, even if you've just tried it for the first time! I prefer with finely chopped pecans, as walnuts can have a slightly bitter edge to them. Super fluffy goodness in a spoon!!
I always triple this recipe. I also had it figured for around 200 Calories so I guess I was doing something right. I may go and refigure later but for now I will leave it where its at.
A great recipe to use fresh from the garden Cucumbers.
I set this for 8 servings but it may make more or less.
