I just made these last night accidentally with my soy flour, and the turned out great. Not terribly fluffy, but GOOD! :)
This is a MUCH lower calorie, lower fat version of a recipe that sounded good to me.
This is in place of a recipe I found on this site... updated the calorie count on it.
