I used turkey, the recipe calls for beef.

These are a little sticky and could probably stand to be baked. Anyone who's more kitchen savvy than I am -- please offer any suggestions!
This recipe can be made vegetarian by substituting tofu for the shrimp and using vegetable broth.
Serving size: 1 3/4 cups.
The Roll is not included in the calorie calculation.
If you don't use agave nectar, it's 1/2 cup sugar. Also, I substituted applesauce for the 1/3 cup of oil the original recipe calls for. A muffin made with oil and sugar has 190 calories.
Great for a dip or dairy-free lasagna filling
