This is my #1 favorite thing to take for lunch. It's super filling and packs a protein and fruit/veggie punch!
I'm a big fan of alfredo so I decided to figure out a good one that isn't full of all that fat. I use it in this recipe and combine it with two of my favorites, breaded chicken and spinach.
A great lower-cal version of the Sunday morning classic. We serve it with turkey breakfast sausage patties.
