Veggie Burger
I had left over beans, chickpeas, quinoa and carrots so I blended all together in my Ninja with 2 tbsp of liquid egg whites. Fry in a very small amount of Olive Oil. Cook 2-3 minutes, flip gently. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. I serve on whole grain with flax sandwich rounds with romain or spinach and tomato slices
