A super easy and great tasting gnocchi, that anybody with a stove can make :)
I came up with this recipie for a quick breakfast that would be packed full of energy, great for my morning workouts. I've had problems with smoothies prior, most of them never were very tasty, but this one is delicious, without all the fat and sugars.
I made this with left over grilled chicken, one day after work for a quick dinner. Came out yummy. Will make again, using more veggies like spinach & mushrooms. Tomatoes & Onions were all I had to work with. Great for a quick dinner. Would work nicely to serve two paired with a side salad.
Indian inspired chicken salad w/ apples on delicious Pita Bread. Salad itself, serves 4. Individual pita bread & lettuce not calculated.
(should be refridgerated atleast an hour)
this recipie is actually about 450 calories, but to due to lack of actual ingredient figures, it calculated the calories higher.
I got this recipie from this months Simple & Delicious publication and it is just wonderful. A great way to get lots of fruit in your diet and a delicious summer dessert that's pretty good for you too!
