The original recipe asked for 57g sugar, but my husband found it too sweet, so I have halved the amount.

This type of custard sets like a jelly (jello), and is either eaten hot or cold. Some recipes even add it into a pastry case before baking in the oven. It can also be sprinkled with grated nutmeg before cooking

I made mine in the pressure cooker -
using a 12psi pressure cooker it will take about 12 mins, but a 15psi will only take 10 mins
