Great for Phase 1 on South Beach
Alton Brown's "Home of the Braise"
Awesome way to get some carbs into your day in Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet.
Awesome chili, using a mixture of lean beef, ground chuck, and pork sausage (bulk) to cut the calories a bit. Serving size is 1.5 c, with 16 servings per recipe.
We used to eat this made with the ground beef style soy crumbles, but now that my husband is gluten free, I have added canned chicken in it's place. Really good, and a lot more vegetables in it than the other taco soups.
Wonderful fruit dip!
Delicious swirled bundt cake. This is not low fat or low sugar. But a treat for special occasions. I wanted to know the nutritional values so I can treat myself from time to time.
Recipe calls to set your oven at 350 deg, but if your oven cooks on the fast side, adjust to 325. Due to all the sugar, it burns easily!!

Nothing better than meatloaf!
This can also be used as an excellent enchilada sauce. Just omit the chocolate and chicken and use the sauce in your favorite recipe.
Yummy home made chicken and rice soup, and easy to make!
Prepare mix per directions. Add sauce, cheese and toppings and bake per directions.
