This is a very simple and incredibly healthy recipe that is also delicious and full of flavour.
This cauliflower soup is my own personal recipe and I'm absolutely proud of it. It's low in calories, fat and sodium (if you make your own stock which I do) and is absolutely delicious. You can make it in big batches and it freezes really well.
A basic tomato soup - very healthy. This makes two very large pots or about 7 litres of soup. It freezes very well and is great with a nice, crusty bread.
