stuff I threw together in the blender
After looking through several smoothie recipes I decided to make my own concoction based on what I had available.

I threw together some foods I was in the mood for.
I was hungry for something savory and crunchy. I think you could add tomatoes or peppers or whatever your favorite veggies are.
I was cleaning out the vegetable crisper
This is the sushi I make the most. My family loves it. I also add plain coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw mix. I just add a little to each roll so I didn't include it in the ingredients. i also like to add a bit of wasabi to this- also not added to the nutritional count. The ingredients below are for one roll (one sheet of nori) but I usually make more at a sitting.
