Healthy Homemade Nutty Granola. This is also yummy if you add dried fruit. I toss it in with the serving I package for each day, to keep the granola from getting too moist from the fruit.
This soup goes great with my turkey/pork italian meatballs. (This is just the soup...so you can add any meat you choose... the meatball recipe is available as well, but sometimes you will want to just add leftover chicken, turkey, or beef.)
Low Fat Meatballs, (Almost half the fat compared to commercial pre-cooked brands) This can be reduced further by removing the pork altogether and replacing with chopped Amylu Andouille Sausage, but the bulk pork sausage holds the meatballs together better.
