All you need is a can of beens and a little flour.
You could use less roux for a soupier dish or add yogurt or top it with an egg for a tasty main course.
Make it as spicy or blah as you like it.
Above receipe makes 2 servings
You could add some yougurt for a whole different dish or top it with an egg or mix in some left over chicken for a full meal.
