I did not have maple syrup or chia, so I subbed coconut nectar and added an extra Tbps. of flax. Turned out great!
Threw this together using leftovers. Turned out pretty good
I added one egg and a small snack size of applesauce to the basic recipe of one can pumpkin + one box cake mix.
My regular recipe with no added sugar. Just a trial to see if it's sweet enough with just the bananas.
Not for the faint of heart! I dont have a blender, I made in a food processor so I couldnt get the kale to completely break down. So slightly 'chewy' but tastes good and sweet. LOL
A quick lunch that turned out very well - you can use other veggies, but I love the classic broccoli/cheese flavor
Spicy beef stew - this recipe does not count any added salt in the sodium levels
Mushrooms are added to the lean ground beef to bulk up content and add flavor
