My daily regimen. Can you say energy?
I was showing my 22 year old how to make a meatloaf and I usually just throw it together, but so she could remember it, I guessed at the measurements and it's delicious.
This keeps my hunger under control at 10 am when I am dying for something to eat that will hold me over till lunch.
Not exactly light but can be altered
go ahead...3 tacos per serving! Less than 300 calories per serving!
