Made this eggnog because we don't drink any dairy in our house and the Christmas season without eggnog is just not right.
This makes a very big smoothie. You can easily make this a 2 serving smoothie.
We were so sick of eating steamed broccoli, so I came up with this. It is so good my four year old daughter that doesn't like broccoli (or anything green for that matter) ate all of hers and didn't complain once (after she got the first bite in her mouth).
High in calories, but keeps you full for quite a long time and is big enough you could make 2 servings from it easy. You could even leave the peanut butter out and drop the calories pretty significantly, but the protein would drop too.
I made this to have something to dip my strawberries in that wasn't bad for me. It tastes ok on it's own, but it's divine on strawberries.
This is from the July 2010 issue of Oxygen. It says to drink 45 min before an hour long workout. It is really good.
My mother is famous for her pumpkin bread. I took her recipe and made it healthier.
