This is a perfect smoothie/shake for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. It is both flavorful and satisfying.
I got this from my Aerobics/Yoga instructor. She says this is a great alternative for when you're craving pizza and don't want to go down the route of eating all the fat and calories. I've tried it and she is right.
