Yummy and packed with vitamins!
Awesome whole grain waffles! The blueberries make them sweet and the pecans give them a surprising crunch! Using applesauce instead of the usual vegetable oil keeps them moist with half the fat.
This dish is high in fiber and taste!
This is just something that I threw together the other day, but it turned out really good! It would also be a great veggie meal, just leave out the chicken!
