No beans! Red cabbage, sweet peppers, potato, celery, and onion. FOR VEGAN: USE VEG STOCK IN PLACE OF CHICKEN STOCK.
Fast and easy twist on the Waldorf Salad. Serve as side dish or even dessert! I keep apples in the fridge so this is cold when I make it. This recipe is calculated with Dukes REAL Mayonnaise. Reduced fat mayo, Miracle Whip, or Cool Whip could be used.
