All the flavor of stuffed cabbage, but much quicker and easier to put together!
You can whip these up quick on Sunday, wrap tight in wax paper, freeze and have delicious breakfasts for a couple of weeks! Microwave on high for 30 seconds, flip it over and give it another 30 seconds. Delish!
This is one of my favorite, easy-peasy recipes! You can put it in a taco shell or wrap it in burrito or just eat it out of a bowl. You can add cheese and sour cream if you really want to go crazy!
Not going to tell you this is low-cal, low-fat- it's not, but it's delicious for a special dinner!
A favorite at any time of the year! From Taste of Home magazine, but lightened up with light mayonnaise.
Real favorite at my house. Avoid the expensive, sodium-laden mix and make your own pilaf.
First of all, I didn't even know what "Stagflation" was until I came across this recipe on Allrecipes.com! If you don't know, you now have an opportunity to learn a new word! I'm guessing it's an Indian dish because of the red lentils and the curry. I've made it a little healthier than the original version. It is very, very good! My 18 and 14 year old sons gobbled it up. I hope you will try it and enjoy it. Also, check out those nutrition stats- super power food!
Yummy! Like mac and cheese, but toothier and with a little heat from the cayenne.
Spoon this batter over simmering chicken breasts and veggies for delicious, puffy dumplings!
I made this recipe up- it's a bit of a dump soup. I tell my family that it's Italian Wedding Soup. Not really sure why...
This is my family's favorite chili. I've seen a soup version, but this is so yummy! I got the recipe from a WW leader years ago.
This one is great for batch cooking. Makes a lot of lunches for work!
Spend a little time making these and enjoy a hearty breakfast anytime you want.
