This came out of needing to get my veggies in but wouldn't all fit in the omelet, nor does my son like any of the veggies i used...lol.

The name says it all :) In this recipe I have used soy butter due to being allergic to nuts, but the result is the same, pure yumminess.

You won't believe it's healthier for you!! If you are like me, I like a lot of dip with my raw vegetables, but because of fat content, it's really defeating the purpose. Well now you can have the dip without the fat and non essential calories (remember, you get half a dairy here).
Serve with cucumbers for a filling easy meal.

This is a wonderful meal if you have the calories for it. Served with an extra side of veggies makes it filling and complete.
This is like a strawberry shortcake...all mixed up...lol. It's been affectionately called the bomb because when my sister in law made it for the first time, my niece, with all the family in attendance, said "Mom, this is the bomb" and thus...the name was born and has stuck.
A perfect summer dessert. You could lose a few more calories by adding skim milk, but we never have that on hand.

I use to think that I didn't have the time or money to eat healthy, nor was it very good. But each day i learn that it can be easier than a fast food drive thru, and a whole lot cheaper, and with you know what, it don't have to taste like diet food to be healthy for you.
