**not healthy - imput for cheat day!**
Spend $30 on a giant cookie from the mall or make my own.... it's a no-brainer! This recipe is a hit with everyone.
I actually double the recipe and put it in a 16" pizza pan lined with foil. It only has to be cooked a minute or two longer
I have tried many of a biscuit recipe... I think this is the best one yet.
**not a healthy recipe... imputing for my cheat days**
This is one of those foods that when I make it for some kind of function EVERYONE asks for the recipe. It is so delicious!
I cheat and use pre-squeezed lemon juice.
This recipe originally came from Pioneer Woman. However, I have tweaked it just a bit so I have made the changes on here. For example, the original recipe calls for ¼ cups of onion but I didn't have any one day so i made it without and it still turned out great. Now I never add it. This salsa is super good and easy to make. We all love it.
Everyone that has tried these have LOVED them. And I love them!! I took a egg roll recipe that I found on Tasty Kitchen and tweaked it to make it easier and yummier!
I usually fry these but they can be baked as well. I will not be adding oil on here for frying purposes because I don't have any idea how much that works out per egg roll. So, consider this recipe for baked and just know that fried will obviously have quite a bit more calories.
This is far from healthy but my kids always ask for this for their birthday instead of cake. I wanted to be able to plug it in to my nutrition tracker when I HAVE to eat it. :)

We LOVE Thai food around our house and even though this isn't technically Thai food when I saw this recipe I had to give it a try! It really fills my craving when I don't have the money to go out to eat! YUM!
We LOVE this recipe... I adapted it from the Jiffy Clone Recipe. In this form it is doubled and the flour is half wheat half white. The only thing that is 'off' is it is pretty crumbly. Next time I make it I will probably add an egg or egg white.
Found this recipe on AllRecipes.com and changed a few things. The recipe called for light cream but I subbed evap. milk and it came out great. Also, I almost never put all of the cheese that it calls for. I have put in provolone with great results. Have also used frozen spinach with great results. My whole family (including 4 kiddos) LOVES this recipe!!
