Saw this recipe somewhere and decided to make my own version.
I adapted this recipe from a blog by Elizabeth Rider to suit my taste. It is very forgiving so you can change up the fruits, nuts, and other flavors. One cup used as cereal with 1/2 cup milk is very filling.
Best tasting chicken taco meat I ever tasted. Can be used in tacos, enchiladas, or on salad.
I used this on some chicken breasts and even my picky eater loved it. The chicken turned out very moist and full of flavor.
I came up with this as a healthier version of Hawaiian Soyu Chicken. It has all the flavor without the tons of salt.
I found the directions for this on the internet. I love how fresh it tastes.
An easy alternative to a beef patty.
This is a quick side salad.
I substituted the heavy cream and the bacon in a Betty Crocker recipe and saved 75 cals, cut the fat and saturated in half, and saved 35 mg. in colesterol.
The Labneh cheese gives it the creamyness without adding mayo. Fat free cream cheese can be substituted.
Great on everything from pancakes to icecream.
I found this recipe on the Internet. It said it makes 2 servings but I fed a family of four with one batch. It is a little more work than opening a package of noodles, but they taste better.
