This is a copycat version of McCormick's Hamburger Seasoning Mix.
So easy and so tasty!
The original recipe calls for 2 lbs ground beef and 28 oz of beef broth. By cutting the meat in half and reducing the beef broth, I saved calories and sodium.
May substitute cheese for low fat or mexican cheese with seasonings.
Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning:
3 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
Made from scratch. Original recipe calls for 1 cup. packed brown sugar. I used 1/2 c. packed brown sugar in this recipe.

Very easy and yummy. Great for a potluck.
This is adapted from a nearby Asian Bistro of which Tofu Thai Red Curry is my favorite dish. Serve it with brown rice and it's delicious.
