BR>Without the banana extract, you cannot taste the banana in it. I didn't have any banana extract. Bananas are high on the glycemic index. I ground my own oats and substituted 3 Tbsp oat fiber into the flour mix for the oat bran flour.

THM Fat Stripping Frappe

This recipe doesn't have the protein added into the calories. You will need to add your version of protein powder.

The original recipe calls for 2 lbs ground beef and 28 oz of beef broth. By cutting the meat in half and reducing the beef broth, I saved calories and sodium.
