Shrimp with a spicy kick!

Buffalo Bacon Burgers

A nice RARE treat. Can use turkey bacon in place of regular bacon. Very yummy! Calories do include all ingredients including the bun.

Asian Chicken Salad

Tasty chicken (I used thighs because that is what I had on hand, but breasts have much less fat and could be substituted nicely), chow mein noodles, and iceberg lettuce topped with a tangy dressing. Yum!

Zucchini Wrap With a Kick

This is a tasty wrap with zucchini, onion, spinach, crushed red pepper, and fat free ranch on a fat free whole wheat tortilla. You can substitute the ranch with hummus or even home made guacamole.
