Pulled BBQ Pork

Easy slow cooker recipe. I use Bone Suckin BBQ sauce because it contain no HFCS and is gluten free.

However more often than not I make my on BBQ sauce so I can also control the sodium

This is a great low fat dip with lots of flavor!

Serve with chips (not in nutrtional data) or use it as spread to sanwiches, rollups, etc.

If you don't like things spicy start with less red pepper. if you like it really spicy (like me!!) add alot more!!!

Chicken Holiday (in honor of my husband who would eat this every night!)

This is an easy weeknight dinner that is also great for company! If you are short on time you can roll the chicken the night before and refrigerate. Serve with wild rice and a salad.
