This is a Dish I get at Golden Dawn Rest on RT 130 NJ. the dish is very large and makes enough for 2 or 3 dinners depending on how hungry you are. It is very good.

Turkey Shoot Sandwich

A Sandwich I get At a Diner in NJ. Mastories on Route 206. The sandwich is twice the size, so I eat Half. It is served on a long Steak roll, so I used the Kaiser roll for half of a steak roll. This is the Half size calories.

Crockpot Chicken Sausages

Made with a very thin Sauce, so you may want to add Tomatoe Paste

Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Pita

This is a large pita so I eat only half with a sald or another vegetable. Came from a dish I get when I go out to eat.

California Chicken tossed salad

This is a salad at a diner in Manheim, Pa. The combo of Feta and strawberries really does it good. I was served a Raspberry Vingerette Dressing with this and the taste was amazing (Dressing is not included in the count)

Spinach and Feta Cheese Omelet

This is made with Egg Beaters.

Crockpot Ham , Cabbage and Beans

I made this combo because I love cabbage and did count for the calories in the ham base and water, by using the chicken broth for the numbers.

Mom's Potato and Cucumber Salad

My Mother-in-law was from Poland and made this Salad all the time.It may make another serving but I Like it alot.
