A simple chicken chili recipe that you can easily throw together. Good source of Fiber, Protein, and Potassium. A little on the spicy side.
Simple recipe. Make some whole wheat pasta, grill some chicken, and add some Alfredo sauce.

This is an easy to make frittata recipe that I just threw together one night. I added the salami just to be different. It is, of course, optional.
An easy and healthy salad that I originally saw on Yahoo's Food site. The original didn't have any measurements (it was just a short paragraph/description), I had to come up with those. I also decided to add the balsamic vinegar to add some flavor.
