A nice diversion from the classic tomatoey chili!
Pretty colors are added from red onion and shredded carrot. A small bit of olive paste or tapenade give rich flavor lost by using a mix of lower fat mayos.
I cut the sugar using sugar-free maple syrup and Splenda Brown Sugar blend. Still tastes like BBQ!
