I dont remember where I got this recipe from, But I have use it for at least 20 years. It really is good. We usually have it for lunch. Grab and go
This is a old WW recipe that i have had since the early 90's. We usually drizzle with honey and add a fruit.
This is a very hearty meal, good for those nights when you need something good
This recipe came from the trim and terrific cookbook by Holly Clegg. I have made these cookies several times they are so good you cant eat just one
This makes about 45 cookies 1 per serving
These are very good and low carb and low sugar only 30 calories per cookie
Found this recipe in Holly Cleggs trim and terrific recipe book I added a few ingredients to make it to my taste.
You can also serve over pasta for a change.

cooked shrimp may be used instead of crawfish may use wild rice if desired
I found this recipe in a newspaper in 1988 and have used it since. the original recipe calls for chicken breast which lowers the calories somewhat.
