I've taken my Mom's old recipe and made it MUCH more healthful. It tastes just as good, but not nearly as oily :)
A baked salmon dish that is very filling and very appealing to the eye. It's a great dish to serve for dinner guests - mine always request the recipe.
This quick chicken salad is lowfat (only 5 grams per serving) but loaded with protein (40 grams per serving!)
