Bake Canadian bacon, if it is raw (as from Gordon's food service) until well cooked. Fry garlic in a dash of butter, adding up to 3 T if required. Add previously cooked and cubed red potatoes and previously cooked green beans. Stir all and saute, salting and peppering, until it's nicely done.
Preheat oven to 425degrees F. In a blender or large bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until blended. If using a mixer, batter will remain slightly lumpy. Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish in oven. Add apple slices to baking dish. Return to oven until butter sizzles. Don’t let butter brown, though.. Remove dish from oven and pour batter over apples. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Bake in middle of oven 20 – 25 minutes until puffed and brown. Serve immediately.
Mix 3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt with 1/2 c peanut butter. Spread on 14 HALF graham crackers. Top with 14 half grham crackers and spred chocolate syrup on cracker tops, then sprinkle on coconut. Freeze before eating.
