Tried to figure out a way to use up the TVP in my cupboard so that my husband and son would enjoy it as well. This is what I came up with
This is one of those foods that my husband grew up on in Nova Scotia. The sodium level is really high because I didn't factor in the fact that you soak the fish for a few hours before cooking (which would remove the bulk of the salt).
I got this pancake recipe from the Fiber One website, I then modified it further to reduce the calories. They're still yummy and only 1 WW point per pancake
A basic casserole. Use any combination of vegetables that suit your fancy (or you need to get out of the fridge) to suit you. Approximate value of ww points is 6/serving.
Quick & easy. The pork is fork-tender by the end of cooking time.
