We used ground turkey instead of beef to lower the calories and it is NOT red meat!
I LOVE the Buffalo Chicken sandwich that I get at restaurants, but know the fried chicken is no good for you. So I put chicken in the crock pot with the Buffalo sauce and my family LOVES it!!
I wanted a low calorie and low fat Potato Salad for the Fourth of July this year, so I created this potato salad. I substitute the yogurt for the heavy Mayonnaise that also every potato salad calls for. To my surprise and my husbands we enjoyed this little creation. So I thought I would share it with you all. I hope you enjoy it!!
